Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. You accept it at checkout.

1. All sales are final

A Flux license is digital. You pay for it in our Flux store on SellAuth (sellauth.com). Right after your payment, your license is added to your account (when you started the purchase on this site while logged in) or you receive a redeem key, which you redeem for your license in our Discord server or in your dashboard (section 10 of the Terms). Your license is delivered at that moment, and from then on all sales are final, even if you have not redeemed your redeem key yet: we do not give refunds, credits or exchanges.

For example, there is no refund if you:

• change your mind, bought by mistake or bought the wrong plan;
• stop playing or stop using Flux;
• are banned or kicked from a server, or a server does not allow Flux;
• cannot use Flux because your setup does not meet the system requirements in section 4 (for example a Minecraft version other than 1.21.11), or because of a conflict with another mod or modpack;
• have used up your computer (HWID) changes;
• had your license revoked for breaking the Terms, for example by sharing your key.

2. Rights the law gives you

The only exceptions are rights that mandatory consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded: withdrawing before your license is delivered (section 3) and, for example for EU consumers, remedies when Flux does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

If you think such a right applies, contact us first and tell us what is wrong, so that we can try to fix it. If the law then requires us to return money, we take back what that order paid for: the license, the added days or the upgrade.

3. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, Georgia or another country with a similar law, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from (cancel) a contract made online, without giving a reason. For a Flux license, the 14 days start on the day you place your order.

Before delivery. Your license is delivered right after your payment (section 1). Only if it has not been delivered yet can you withdraw within those 14 days. Tell us clearly that you withdraw, by email or in our Discord server. The details from your purchase receipt help us find your order. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. We confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal. We then cancel the order without delivering the license and pay you back within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to another one.

Receipt. SellAuth and the payment method you use handle your payment, and SellAuth sends you a receipt for your purchase. Keep it: it is your record of the purchase.

After delivery. Before you pay (on this site when you start the purchase here, or at checkout in our store), you ask us to deliver your license immediately, and you confirm that you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered. Your right of withdrawal ends when your license is delivered (section 1), even if you have not redeemed your redeem key yet. Where the law also requires a confirmation of that consent on a durable medium, such as an email (for example in the EU), it ends at delivery once you have received that confirmation. That confirmation is part of the delivery message you get from SellAuth with your license or redeem key.

4. Check before you buy

• Make sure your setup meets the system requirements (section 14 of the Terms):
  • Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.11 (your own legitimate copy).
  • Fabric Loader and Fabric API for Minecraft 1.21.11.
  • Java 21.
  • A computer that runs Minecraft 1.21.11.
  • An internet connection when you first start Flux, and then at least once every 3 days, for the license check.
• Check the rules of the servers you play on: some do not allow any mods.
• If you are not sure, ask in our Discord server before you buy.

5. If Flux does not work

Open a ticket in our Discord server with your Discord name and the details from your purchase receipt, and describe the problem. We will try to help you get Flux working. Support is not a promise of a refund.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

• Disputes, claims and chargebacks are decided by SellAuth, your payment provider or your card issuer under their own rules, not by us. We may give them your order, license and delivery records so that we can respond.
• If you open a dispute or chargeback without contacting our support first, we may revoke the license and ban your account, unless the dispute is justified (for example, we did not deliver).
• If a payment is reversed, we take back what it paid for: the license, the added days or the upgrade.

7. Monthly licenses

Monthly is a one-time payment for 30 days. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again.
